Role Overview – Technology Auditor (IT), Telecom Applications

In this role, you will provide independent assurance over application environments supporting telecom CBU and EBU operations. You’ll evaluate application controls, digital platforms, data integrity, integrations, and cybersecurity controls across customer lifecycle systems such as billing, provisioning, CRM, self-service portals, enterprise solutions, and middleware/APIs. You’ll also assess application lifecycle management and third-party environments.

  • Assess design and operating effectiveness of controls:
