Role Overview – Technology Auditor (IT), Telecom Applications
In this role, you will provide independent assurance over application environments supporting telecom CBU and EBU operations. You’ll evaluate application controls, digital platforms, data integrity, integrations, and cybersecurity controls across customer lifecycle systems such as billing, provisioning, CRM, self-service portals, enterprise solutions, and middleware/APIs. You’ll also assess application lifecycle management and third-party environments.
Key Responsibilities (Highlights)
- Plan and execute application-focused audits across CBU/EBU systems
- Assess design and operating effectiveness of controls:
- Role-based access & segregation of duties
- Application configuration controls
- Interface/data transfer controls
- Automated business process controls
- Evaluate end-to-end business process integrity (onboarding, provisioning, billing, revenue assurance)
- Review SDLC/ALM: requirements, testing, releases, change governance

- Assess resilience, availability, and performance of critical applications
